Team building through Art

$40 per person (Minimum of 10 and subject to availability )

Team building through art is a surprisingly powerful tool. In a busy analytical and task-driven world; we can forget how to create, explore, and take risks, creatively. When you put a group of familiar people in the same room and ask them to be creative, they often feel uncomfortable, judged by their peers or restricted by a faint voice in the back of their minds telling them not to colour outside of the lines.

Once we begin to break-down these barriers, we relax and allow ourselves to make mistakes and take risks as part of the experience. This makes us able to invent, stretch and step outside of our comfort zone. Participating in an art class with your colleagues allows you to approach a task you are all participating in with a different mindset. It allows for conversations and observations you might not typically have in the workplace. Once you let go of your inhibitions to give it a good go, an art class becomes fun. This opportunity to spend time together in a fun and social atmosphere helps build better workplace connections.
